2010 Organized Activities

Listed below is a description of the activities that the Conference Committee has arranged for your enjoyment. We have a variety of activities waiting for your participation. Availability is very limited for each of the activities so reservations must be made and paid by Midnight August 15, 2010. After that date, you may be able to make separate reservations at the hotel activity desk but availability may be very limited. Our web site prices include taxes, gratuity and any special user fees. We encourage to make your selections as soon as possible.

TITLE

• Tahoe/Reno Ambassadors
• Transportation via motor coach
• Three and one half hour dinner dance cruise with live band
• Dinner

Departs: 5:15pm at the Harveys Transportation Center
Arrive 15 minutes early to check -in
Boarding Time: 5:30pm Cruise from 6:00pm to 9:30pm

• Approximately a 1 1/2 hour excursion on Gondola with stops at observation deck and at the top
